The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is the oversight agency for all sixty-seven County Property Appraiser Offices. Before Volusia County can collect any property taxes, the annual Tax Roll must go through the Tax Roll approval process by the Florida DOR. The attached reports provide verification of and insight into the budget formation and millage finalization process, which occurs each year.
